On-site solar power
We generate electricity directly on our buildings using Solarify solar panels. This allows us to cover a large part of our energy needs in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner.
Sustainably disposed of
Kitchen waste is converted into biomass, utilized in the biogas plant, and the residues are reused as fertilizer. Catering cannot get any more sustainable than this.
