Since 1938, Trauffer Manufaktur has been producing high-quality wooden toys with great attention to detail. Every piece is handmade in Hofstetten near Brienz—from the selection of FSC-certified Swiss wood to the final painting. We use natural colors that are safe for children and ensure CO₂-reduced production by using air-dried wood and short transport routes.

All colors used on our wooden toys and souvenirs are safe for children of all ages:
They are sweat and saliva resistant, water-based, manufactured by Teknos Feyco, free of toxins, and regularly inspected. Our products comply with the EN 71 standards of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) and are therefore 100% child-safe.

Note: Not suitable for children under 3 years of age—small parts may cause choking hazard.
