Simple, fresh and with Trauffer charm: at Rosa’s we serve Hot-Muhs (our signature hot dogs), homemade fries, burgers, salads and delicious sandwiches.
To finish, enjoy our creamy soft-serve ice cream made from regional milk with toppings of your choice.

Early in the morning our baker is already at work, making sure that fresh bread, crispy rolls, golden croissants, fruit cakes and other sweet and savoury treats come out of the oven every day.
Homemade, fragrant and baked with great care – perfect for a delightful start to the day or a tasty break in between.

Start your day with pleasure: Our rich breakfast from the “Nähkästchen” offers fresh bread, croissants, delicious spreads, cheese, cold cuts, Bircher muesli, and fruit salad – accompanied by coffee, tea, and juice.
