Please provide your order number and contact details so that we can identify your request.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items showing signs of use are excluded from returns.

Please enclose the original invoice or a copy of the invoice with your return and keep your proof of postage.

Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Defective items consisting of multiple parts can only be exchanged if returned complete. Individual parts cannot be returned separately.

Any amounts already paid will be refunded in full for approved returns or justified complaints. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Any damage caused by improper handling or insufficient packaging during the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
